Hello,
Is it possible to calculate the carbon intensity of a refined fuel produced through the pyrolysis of plastics using either version 4.03a or the most updated version of the tool?
I could find a pathway for a refined bio-oil from the wood residue, which should be a similar process. Still, I wonder if this pathway would include emissions specific to wood that does not apply to other materials and whether there is another pathway that would provide a better estimate for plastics pyrolysis fuels?
Thanks,
best regards,
Clarice

As you have found out there is not a plastic as feedstock process in GHGenius. None of the pathways are really well suited to simple modifications for this process.
Sorry
