How can one compute LCA for hydrogen produced from electrolyis SPECIFICALLY for industry use, such as using in refning, mining, steel industry.

There are several ways to get the emissions that you are looking for. You need to remove the energy required for distribution and compression.
The easiest way is as follows.
You will find the results you are looking for in Column CN on the upstream emission sheet. To remove the compression energy, go the Input sheet set cell C252 to be =C253. Then set the transportation distances to be zero in column BA, rows 91 to 95. The values in Column CN will be just the hydrogen production emissions.
